DS COMPACT Exercise: inverse row
This exercise works the latissimus dorsi, across the muscle thickness.
Mainly the latissimus dorsi but also arm muscles, trapezius muscle, rhomboid muscles and deltoid (posterior head) muscles.
4 times 10 seconds.
Breathe in when lowering and breathe out when upright.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS AND TECHNIQUE
Slow and controlled execution
Position the 2 mobile bars at mid-height, outside the structure.
Raise slightly bent arms under the structure.
With hands on the bars, complete a vertical chin-up bringing the body to wedge height.
Contract the back and bring in the shoulder blades together.
